FuXi Terms of Service

1. Service Introduction

FuXi (伏羲) is a local terminal AI programming assistant tool that provides users with intelligent code assistance, model routing, task automation, and other features. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the FuXi team regarding your use of the FuXi service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using FuXi, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use this service.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Legal Use

You agree to use FuXi only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

7.3 No Warranty

FuXi does not guarantee that this service will:

- Be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free - Meet your requirements or expectations - Correct any defects or errors

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuXi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or goodwill damage.

8.2 Direct Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuXi's total liability for any direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the damages in the 12 months preceding the damages (if any).

9. Free Service

9.1 Permanently Free

FuXi is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or services in the future, but core functionality will remain free.

9.2 Service Changes

FuXi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

10. Termination

10.1 User Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use this service.

10.2 FuXi Termination

FuXi reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to this service without prior notice if you violate any part of these Terms.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of these Terms, your right to use this service will immediately cease. The provisions of these Terms regarding ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at FuXi's location.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FuXi regarding this service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, statements, or understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

FuXi's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

12.4 Amendments

FuXi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes before they take effect through this service or other means. Your continued use of this service after the amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
